TSN reports a sudden daytime Russian ballistic missile attack on Kyiv on October 10. Monitoring channels describe two or three launches and Mayor Klitschko reports Obolonskyi impacts. Six people are reported injured, five hospitalized and one seriously hurt. A restaurant fire covers two hundred square metres, another one-storey structure is damaged, and debris falls on a residential tower and office building in Solomianskyi. Zelenskyy links continued attacks to easing Russian petroleum-product restrictions and accuses Russia of intending to continue the war. His interpretation and the damage details remain attributed. DD India's same-day bulletin also reports Saturday afternoon's missile hit on a Kyiv restaurant, giving seven injured amid a major drone wave. Its seven and TSN's six are source-specific provisional counts, not a reconciled final toll. Vremya's October 10 military roundup describes the day's Kyiv ballistic strikes as hitting CHP-6 and alleges that the affected energy facilities support defence production. It also reports earlier Kyivska-substation explosions, halted electric transport and metro, and backup-powered emergency lighting. These are Russian-source target and military-use claims and a reported outage context. The passage does not establish that each preceding energy impact occurred in this same missile salvo, that the restaurant was a military target or which particular impact caused every outage.
