Kornienko volunteers send Sixth 25-vehicle convoy

Oct 10

The report follows volunteers Katya and Valya Kornienko's sixth convoy of twenty-five used vehicles, bought across Russia through their People's and Army Unity fundraiser, repaired and prepared for Russian forces. The convoy starts in Moscow for the roughly thousand-kilometre drive to Rostov for military handover. Volunteers describe Nivas, pickups and Bukhanka vehicles, machine-gun mounts and their intended transport, evacuation and air-defence uses. Thousands of donors and volunteer drivers contribute purchases, repairs, fuel and parts. Drivers describe repeated trips and accompanying honey, food and medicines; servicemen thank the volunteers. The account establishes a dispatch and preparation effort, without independently confirming delivery of every vehicle to a frontline unit.
